Adithya knows that in order for Telangana to thrive, we have to build an economy that works for everyone. As of today, there are many factors that are creating a challenge for possible job placements for the youth in India. Some of these reasons may be simple, for e.g., lack of education, unsuitable job choices, poor social grasp, bad support system, money problems and lack of jobs. And some reasons are not that simple, for e.g., unfair labour laws and improper workplace demands.

Adithya is committed to helping our citizens thrive all across our state by working across the aisle to help the youth among minorities, support small businesses and create skill centres that are extremely vital to rural Telangana.

Adithya’s goals for job creation and youth empowerment include:

• Helping youth develop the skills needed for promising job opportunities.
• Supporting the SC/ST/Minorities and remedying the caste division of youth.
• Drawing focus on the youth living in urban slums and small town areas.
• Promoting and supporting rising entrepreneurs in the youth population.
• Achieving the long-term goal for the program; i.e. ‘No young and capable person is left jobless.’ 

Adithya is currently executing these goals by:

• Supplying job opportunities and entrepreneurship-linked skill and training, along with jobs for the disadvantaged youth in Telangana, living in both rural and urban areas.
• Building business skills and giving financial education to women. 
• Improving upon the capabilities of the disadvantaged young women of Telangana, living in both rural and urban areas.
• Constantly building upon the standards of training provided to the youth to render them as capable workers by helping them in serving the needs of any industry.
• Training the youth in the program to be more reliable, finding the right career options for them from the industry.
